Two characters who have never met, and probably never will (outside of some bizarre dimension-bending fanfics), Sonic Underground's Sleet, and Sonic SatAM's Antoine.
Not sure what Sleet would do with a power ring, odds are, it wouldn't be pretty. Down at the bottom, we have the standard height comparison alongside Sonic & Robotnik, as well as a full front view. For those of you who have dredged through the depths of my gallery/scraps, or if you've been watching me since I started here, you may remember that Sleet was one of the first models and faces I tried.
